1.Calcination kiln is widely applied in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and many other industries.
2.The kiln shell of the calcination kiln is formed by a rolling steel plate. In the side of the kiln, refractory liner is built. The kiln is slant and has a dip angle with horizontal line. On the outside of the cylinder, there are three rectangular tyres sheathed on it to support it. During the normal operation, power is transported to the open gears though the main reducer from the main motor to drive the kiln running.
3. The upper and central parts of the kiln are material loading bin, and the lower part is material discharging warehouse. Feeding hole is set on the top of the material loading bin; there are at least two pairs of burning rooms at the outside of the central kiln. Each pair of burning rooms are symmetrically arranged; there are partitions which are cross shaped arranged in the material discharging warehouse, and these partitions divide the material discharging warehouse into several districts. Every district has discharge damper that is fixed on the wall. At the end of the material discharging warehouse, there is a material outlet.
4.The structure of the calcination kiln is obvious and simple. The operation of the equipment is convenient and reliable. Compared to the same specification equipment, calcination kiln’s running rate is increased by10%, its production is improved by 5%-10%, and its heat consumption is reduced by15%.
