Chute Feeder

Overview

1.The chute base board moves back and forth.

2.Its frequency of stroke is 20-60 times/min and the stroke is 20-200mm.

3.Chute feeder can be installed on the ground or lifted at the discharging outlet of the ore storage bin.

4.The width of the chute of chute feeder should be 2-2.5 times of the maximum feeding granularity.

5.The biggest chute feeder can satisfy the feeding of iron ore whose granularity is smaller than 500mm.

6.The stroke can be property adjusted by the eccentric gear of the driving device and the eccentric distance is half of the stroke.

7.When feeding sticky ores, the eccentric distance of the chute feeder should not be shorter than 30mm according the production experience of some ore beneficiation plants.
