Mixing Barrel

Overview of mixing barrel:

1.The mixing barrel is set before the flotation machine to make the reagent and the ore pulp be fully mixed.

2.It is the indispensable equipment to fully mix the reagent and the ore pulp and increase the reaction time of the reagent to strengthen the quality of the reagent reaction.

3.The using concentration cannot be greater than 30 %( by weight), and the particle size of the fixed component is less than 1mm. The form of it is the flat bottomed bucket radiation cycle with the spiral impeller mechanical agitation.

Notes of mixing barrel:

1.Tighten the pump body belts and check whether the rotating shaft is flexible.

2.Then start running agitator and flotation machine;

3.Wearing parts: impeller, the stator;

4.Clean the agitator and automatic feeder especially in winter, which can prolong the service life.
