Sand Mixer

1. The body is composed of the disk, sand discharging door, sampling gate, air switch, air switching valve, etc.

2. The transmission mechanism is composed of the gearbox, pumps, columns, etc.

3. The grinding and mixing mechanism is installed on the actuator shaft of the transmission mechanism. The actuator shaft is equipped with the crosshead of the grinding and mixing mechanism. There are two crank arms dragging two rolling wheels on the two sides of the crosshead. And the inner and outer scrapers are also mounted on the crosshead.

This working way has the function of grinding, kneading, and mixing at the same time. It is a new type sand mixer that has many characteristics which other similar models can not have at the same time.
