Cement mill plant is an important device for re-grinding materials after being crushed. It is widely applied in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous metal processing industry, some other material production industries, for example, glass, ceramic. According to the needs of customers, we design three types of cement mill plants. They are ordinary cement mill plant, superfine and high yield cement mill plant, and wind swept cement mill plant. I will introduce them one by one in the following parts.
Ordinary cement mill plant is mostly used in in-circuit grinding systems. Its characteristics are high grinding efficiency, large output, energy saving. Especially it is used for producing blast furnace slag cement, its advantages are outstanding. For example, its yield can be increased by 15-20%, its energy consumption can be reduced by 10%. Its finished products’ temperature can be reduced to 20-40℃. Besides, the fineness of its product is adjustable.
High yield cement mill plant is mainly used in open-circuit grinding systems. It is characterized by simple structure, low investment, small footprint, etc. High yield cement mill plant adopts a special advanced partition, activation device in fine grinding chamber, and special grate plate at the end of exit, which minimizes the size of grinding media, greatly improves grinding efficiency, and achieves the goal of high output, and low energy consumption.
The feature of wind sweep cement mill plant is short and rough. The journal of the hollow axis for accessing materials is large. The area of diaphragm’s gate seam is big. There is no grate plate at the end of discharging port, so the ventilation resistance is small. The wind speed in the grinding chamber can reach up to 5M/s. lot of hot air can enter in, so wind sweep cement mill also has a strong drying capacity.
