Brief Introduction to Energy-Saving Ball Mill

1.Main Parts

Energy-saving ball mill consists the feeding part, discharging department, rotary department, transmission division (reducer, small transmission gear, motors, electrical control) and other major components. Hollow shaft with steel castings, the liner is detachable, rotary gear hobbing by casting process, cylinder body inlaid with wear-resistant liner, with good abrasion resistance.

2. Working Principle

(1) Feed Material: material from the feed device into the first warehouse of the energy-saving ball mill, there are liners and grinding media in the warehouse;

(2) Fine crushing: in the first compartment, rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force to the ball a certain height then falling, having severe impact on the material and abrasive; Materials after coarse grinding go into the second position for further grinding.

(3) Discharge: powdery substance is discharged through the energy-saving ball mill’s discharge grate plate to complete the milling operation.

3. Applicable Scope

The energy-saving ball mill is widely used in cement silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramics and other production industries. It can be wet or dry grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.
