Interpretation of Cone Crusher’s Excellent Performance from its Working Principles

Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy, construction, road building, chemical and silicate industry for crushing of raw materials. And it has the features of big crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform particle size and so on. It is widely using in life. The following will give a better interpretation of its excellent performance from its working principles.

1.Crushing principle

When the machine operation, the rotation of the motor which drives by the pulley or coupling, shaft and cone crusher cone portion of the eccentric move around at a fixed point for rotating pendulum motion. So that the cone crusher broken wall sometimes close and sometimes leave the adjustment sleeve being attached to the surface of the bowl. 2. Crushing and discharging principle

Bevel gear drive motor through eccentric rotation making cone crusher for rotating pendulum motion. The Broken cone sometimes close and sometimes away from the fixed cone, this action will complete crushing and discharging materials.

3. Insurance principle

Support sleeve and the frame body is connected by spring-loaded. When the piece of non crushing material like metal fall into the crusher, spring is deformed by compression to discharge foreign matter, achieve safety and prevent damage to the machine. The insurance principle ensure the safe operation of the machine, so as to enhance the work efficiency.
