Three Crushing Mechanism of Pebble Crusher-Fote Machinery

Pebble crusher generally refers to the impact crusher, is mainly used for secondary crushing of the entire production line, which can handle a particle size of less than or equal 500mm material, widely used in water and electricity, artificial aggregates, crushing and other industries. It's crushing principle with hammer crusher is basically the same, is the use of high impact crushing effect on the material, but the structure and operation of the two devices is not the same. The following article are three crushing mechanism of pebble crusher.

1. Free impact crushing

This mechanism is the use of impact power to break the pebbles, which is the dominant part of the crushing effect. The material into the crushing chamber will get the mutual impact from high-speed hammer and material, after the exposure of plate hammer and materials, the material is crushed and thrown twice in rotor speed, and most of the dust is forming by material group impacting on space.

2. Impact Crusher

Pebble crusher by action on the high-speed rotation plate hammer of the rotor, so that materials which needs to be broken accessing high speed, its center of gravity along the mechanical track incident and reflected back plate, then hit the counter plate counter board, the flow of materials is the dominant factor, it also produces partial crushing effect.

3. Milling broken

Materials go into the hammer cavity range of pebble crusher, the bulk material is milling a piece broken and throwing by high-speed rotating hammer. Also materials after the diameter of the two crushing action while remaining greater than the size of the material discharge port are milling and crushing in the discharge port by high-speed rotating hammer.
