1. Production process of dry mixed mortar production line

Cement and large proportion of raw materials can be measured artificially and then get into the premixed bin through the bucket elevator. Fibrin ,gelatine powder and valuable small proportion of raw materials can be measured by the electronic weigher and hopper.The finished mortar product is weighted and packed automaticly by the valve bag packing machine or the open bag packaging machine after mixed by the mixer.The finished mortar product can be conveyed by the conveyor to the finished stacking area as required.system,air compressor system,overall control system,etc.
