Configuration of beneficiation production line

Beneficiation production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, mixer, flotation machine, magnetic separator, ore concentrator,dryer machine and other devices.

Production process of beneficiation production line

1→ The ore is first sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then the ore with a proper size for secondary crushing will be sent into the ball mill for fine crushing and grinding.

2→ The ore powder discharged from the ball mill will be sent to the next procedure and spiral classifier can clean and group the ore mixture.

3→ The cleaned and grouped mixture is sent to magnetic separator(flotation machine) for the next processing.

4→ After the flotation separation or magnetic separation, the ores will be processed by thickener and then dried by rotary dryer, thus the whole beneficiation process is finished.
