Introduction of cement clinker grinding plant:

1. Cement production process is generally divided into three workstages,namely, raw meal preparation,clinker burning and cement making. The limestone and clay are the main raw materials. Through crushing, dosing,and fine grinding, the raw materials are made.And then the raw materials are fed into the cement kiln to be calcined into mature material .Furthermore, clinker and a moderate amount of gypsum (sometimes mixed with mixed material or admixture) are mixed and grinded.At last the finished product formed.

2. Cement clinker grinding plant is the finished cement production unit which is separated independently from cement production process. In this stage,the clinker and the right amount of mixing materials are mixed and grinded to make the finished cement.

Working procedure of cement clinker grinding plant:

Rotary kiln clinker,coal ash, phosphogypsum slag,waste stone and electro slag are conveyed into cement mill after microcomputer dosing.The grinded materials are selected by the efficient classifier. The cement which meet the requirements of the fineness is conveyed to the cement silo and packed or distributed in bulk.Other cement which does not meet the requirements of the fineness returns to ball mill grinding.
